Mulberry Cancer Support (The Mulberry Centre) has been affected by a cyber security incident involving Beacon CRM, which we use to manage supporter, donor, and event information. Beacon has advised that some data, including attachments, may have been accessed. This may include names, contact details, donation or Gift Aid information and records of engagement with us. Client, counselling and wellbeing records held in Pabau were not affected. There is currently no evidence that any information has been misused. Thanks to the ongoing funding from Hounslow Council, we are also able to extend some of our services to anyone who has a chronic illness and requires end of life care, anyone supporting someone who is receiving end of life care and those bereaved by any illness other than cancer. To access this extended support, you must live or work in Hounslow or have been a recent inpatient at West Middlesex University Hospital.
